Hi, my name is Christina. My favourite thing in the whole world is to explore beautiful places from sea to sky, and know that my body can get me there.
My fitness journey started just like yours. About seven years ago, I woke up and decided to lose some weight, feel stronger and look more "toned". I started running and doing abs at home, but you'd never catch me in the gym!
WELL, it didn't take long before I found myself wanting to push harder and get stronger. So, I got my first gym membership and started lifting weights. Soon I was falling in love with not only how strong I was getting, but also with how the way my body looked became less important than how it felt.
I started hiking and spending much more time outdoors because suddenly my body could take me there. I was reaching these incredible places that just made me think, wow, I got here with my own legs! The new confidence I had in myself was incredible and the feeling of pushing myself farther than I thought I could made me feel invincible.
I literally could conquer mountains.
Having accomplished all this, I wanted others to feel it too. I became an ACE certified trainer to help women reach their body's full potential and become strong, confident and empowered inside and outside of the gym. A healthy and balanced lifestyle is key to getting the most out of our bodies and to feel great. Everyone can benefit from feeling fit, healthy, and strong. My goal is to help you get out into this beautiful world and feel strong and confident with whatever challenges you want to overcome in life.
